…urges them to break barriers and explore all frontiers
The member representing Dunukofia Constituency in the Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon Lawrence Ezeudu has celebrated Nigerian women for their significant roles in contributing to family growth and the development of the nation.
Ezeudu who saluted the resilience and impact of women urged them to continue improving and adding value to the society.
Speaking on the theme “Break the Bias” Ezeudu stated that the annual event is to recognize and celebrate the inclusion, contributions, and achievements of women in different fields around the world and in our lives.
“The International Women’s Day provides opportunity to consistently remind them of their strengths and ingenuity, to challenge unfavourable trends and break the bias at all times,” the Lawmaker reassured.
The lawmaker who described women as “generational home builders” urged them to be even more resourceful and courageous in building families and the society in general.
“Women are always a source of inspiration for the family and the society. Let’s celebrate their strength, courage and endless power today and always” .
The lawmaker further urged women to engage in leadership roles in various communities and also in active politics to add value to nation building.
Ezeudu reiterated his unwavering support to women welfare development as he enjoined women to explore all frontiers.
