Modibbo Adamma Federal University of Technology, Yola, Adamawa State holds 95th governing council meeting.
The newly constituted governing council board of Modibbo Adamma Federal University of Technology, Yola, Adamawa State has held her inaugural meeting. The meeting which witnessed a weeklong programs, interaction, inspection, tour, etc accorded the newly constituted governing council board members the opportunity to be acquainted with the functions, activities and challenges facing the university. As well, the meeting accorded the newly constituted council members opportunity to interface with the university management board led by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi Liman Tukur.
The inaugural meeting presided over by the newly constituted council board chairman, Alhaji Bashir Dalhatu with other board members including Hon. Paul Ezeobi present had a very fruitful deliberations. The council members at the meeting promises to take the university to new heights. According to Hon. Paul Ezeobi, who spoke to the media intermittently, in the course of the meeting, noted that the newly constituted governing council board members were intimated with the prospects, successes, achievements, and well as the challenges facing the university by the management, which they would work very hard to overcome, and to truly reposition the university as a citadal of learning.
Members of the new governing council board were also taken around the university campus on facility tour in the course of the meeting. They were equally introduced to the university staff. The weeklong inaugural council meeting was indeed a huge success with council members and the university management in high spirits.
